The main road through a market and spa town in Yorkshire has been closed due to a serious crash.
Knaresborough’s High Street is now closed. At 9.51 a.m., North Yorkshire Police released a statement alerting locals of the collision and advising them to stay away from the area. Because of the severe collision, the police is advising cars to take a another route and stay off of High Street.
“Road closure,” stated a force official. Due to a violent collision, Knaresborough High Street is presently closed. It is recommended that drivers steer clear of the area and take a different route. Thank you.

A pedestrian has been rushed to hospital after they were hit by a car in Knaresborough.
The person was hit on High Street at 8.58am today, They were taken to Harrogate District Hospital.
